Description :
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Ireland's most innovative Homeware retailers. We are looking for a retail Management team. We are looking for a Store manager as well as assistant managers.
We presently operate six 20,000 sq ft Homeware stores, four in Dublin on the M50 ring and 1 each in Cork and Limerick . Each of these stores is considering among the leading homewares stores in Ireland. A typical store has 20,000 sq ft of retail space, stocking 14,000 products with a staff complement of 20 people. 
We require a new experienced team manager and in return for your dedication and hard work, we offer an excellent salary and bonus scheme.

We are looking for a great, hands-on manager who is energetic, capable of inspiring others and has stock and people management experience. The manager must also be able to run the store on a stand alone basis and treat it as if it was their own basis

Assistant Manager: 
Minimum experience required: 
Management experience managing 15 plus employees.
 
Qualifications:
Leaving-Certificate or higher qualification
 
Assistant Manager
As Assistant manager you will report to the store manager and be fully responsible for the day to day operation of these stores. You must possess previous relevant Retail experience and have experience of managing 15 or more employees.  You must possess good people and communication skills and be good at developing and leading a team. 

You must have a minimum of 3 years management experience in the Retail sector.  
 
You must be innovative, a good leader and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We are looking for a 3rd level graduate that is smart, hardworking and willing to learn. 
 
Work in a fast pace environment,  meeting and achieving deadlines and targets.
 
 In summary you will be required to:-
 
Report directly to the Store Manager.
Provide the highest level of customer care at store level.
Maintain store standards and have a strong merchandise focus.
Help drive sales and maximise store profitability to achieve store specific budgets.
Motivate and develop all of the team working in your store.
Successfully implement all company policies and procedures
